The ocean of Scheveningen is beautiful but can also be very dangerous. Strong currents or jelly fish could ruin your day at the beach. The government checks the ocean water every two weeks during summer to ensure the quality. Life guards come to the rescue in case you need them. Pay attention that they are only there during summer.
